Requirements
- Working knowledge of software implementation methodologies
- Working knowledge of test automation
- Working knowledge of test case design and strategy
- Working knowledge of test management tools such as Azure DevOps, qTest, Jira, or Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
- Working knowledge of Tosca, Selenium
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD)
- Proficiency in Software Testing concepts
Responsibilities
- Leads Regions projects from a QA standpoint working closely with the project manager, Application Development team(s), Business Units, Compliance, Risk and Audit
- Coordinates testing activities, along with resource and funding requirements
- Designs the test strategy and test planning for the project or application
- Coordinates test planning, creation, and execution
- Provides test management guidance
- Selects test management tools and coordinates tool onboarding, training, and optimal utilization
- Partners with Test Automation team and provides updates about the project
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and six (6) years of quality or related experience
- Or High School Diploma or GED and ten (10) years of quality or related experience
- Ability to adapt to change

- Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
