ServiceNow is looking to ensure the quality of AI-powered search and workflow automation features within the Now Platform, verifying that AI Search provides relevant, accurate, and personalized search results and that AI-driven workflows function as expected.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- 2+ years of experience with technologies relevant to SN and coding skills with high-quality results.
- Hands on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) tools, frameworks, or platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, etc.
- Experience working within different automated testing frameworks, including Java, JUnit, Selenium, TestNG and other open-source projects.
- Experience with the agile methodology for software development teams.
- Ability to understand several testing techniques (e.g. performance, unit, integration, automated), their strengths and weakness, and ability to use them to best effect - including tracking and addressing of any discovered issues.
- Ability to use tools (such as IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, system administration/Unix tools) to assist with daily tasks.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance existing automation test frameworks to ensure ongoing reliability and efficiency
- Collect, analyze, and report on quality metrics from test execution to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with developers to design targeted testing strategies for new features and automate them effectively
- Develop comprehensive test plans and execute them with a focus on robust automation
- Partner with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues across applications and development/test environments

- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
