ServiceNow's PAXE team is looking to enhance their Conversational AI Experiences to enable employees and customers to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. The goal is to provide an enterprise conversational experience using Virtual Agent with full context for intelligent and meaningful conversations.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- 2+ years of experience with technologies relevant to SN and coding skills with high-quality results.
- Hands on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) tools, frameworks, or platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, etc.)
- Experience working within different automated testing frameworks, including Java, JUnit, Selenium, TestNG and other open-source projects.
- Ability to understand several testing techniques (e.g. performance, unit, integration, automated), their strengths and weakness, and ability to use them to best effect - including tracking and addressing of any discovered issues.
- Ability to use tools (such as IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, system administration/Unix tools) to assist with daily tasks.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance existing automation test frameworks to ensure ongoing reliability and efficiency
- Collect, analyze, and report on quality metrics from test execution to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with developers to design targeted testing strategies for new features and automate them effectively
- Develop comprehensive test plans and execute them with a focus on robust automation
- Partner with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues across applications and development/test environments

- Experience with the agile methodology for software development teams.
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
