DriveCentric is seeking a Software Quality Engineer to ensure exceptional quality standards across their CRM platform, testing and releasing new features while maintaining the reliability of their existing product suite.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience testing complex web and mobile applications, preferably in CRM, SaaS, or business software environments
- Proficient in API testing, cross-browser compatibility testing, and mobile application testing (iOS/Android)
- Proven ability to analyze requirements and create comprehensive test cases that cover functional, edge case, and integration scenarios
- Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies and modern release management practices
- Ability to evaluate testing impact, prioritize quality issues, and make informed recommendations about deployment readiness
- Proficiency with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, Fiddler) and database querying
- Experience with test automation frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, or similar)
Responsibilities
- Drive product quality excellence by executing comprehensive testing strategies across our CRM platform's web, iOS, and Android applications
- Transform business requirements into detailed, executable test cases leveraging AI tools to ensure comprehensive coverage and documentation of user scenarios
- Own end-to-end feature testing for assigned projects, from initial development through production deployment
- Document and track defects with clear reproduction steps, impact assessment, and acceptance criteria validation
- Partner with development teams to evaluate testing scope, assess deployment risks, and prioritize quality issues
- Support production releases through post-deployment validation and monitoring
- Identify critical user workflows and collaborate with automation engineers to expand test coverage
