DriveCentric is seeking a Software Quality Engineer to ensure exceptional quality standards across their CRM platform, testing and releasing new features while maintaining the reliability of their existing product suite.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience testing complex web and mobile applications, preferably in CRM, SaaS, or business software environments
  • Proficient in API testing, cross-browser compatibility testing, and mobile application testing (iOS/Android)
  • Proven ability to analyze requirements and create comprehensive test cases that cover functional, edge case, and integration scenarios
  • Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies and modern release management practices
  • Ability to evaluate testing impact, prioritize quality issues, and make informed recommendations about deployment readiness
  • Proficiency with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, Fiddler) and database querying
  • Experience with test automation frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Drive product quality excellence by executing comprehensive testing strategies across our CRM platform's web, iOS, and Android applications
  • Transform business requirements into detailed, executable test cases leveraging AI tools to ensure comprehensive coverage and documentation of user scenarios
  • Own end-to-end feature testing for assigned projects, from initial development through production deployment
  • Document and track defects with clear reproduction steps, impact assessment, and acceptance criteria validation
  • Partner with development teams to evaluate testing scope, assess deployment risks, and prioritize quality issues
  • Support production releases through post-deployment validation and monitoring
  • Identify critical user workflows and collaborate with automation engineers to expand test coverage
