UBEO Business Services is seeking to hire a Software Renewals Coordinator to manage software and support contract renewals, ensuring customer satisfaction and continued service provision.
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is essential.
Responsibilities
- Software renewals (ECM and MFP Solutions)
- Review previous quote and any contract changes
- Create new quote and send to customer via DocuSign
- Answer customer questions
- Escalate threatened renewals
- Process customer requests for additional licensing (Laserfiche primarily)
- Audit block of time usage (ECM and MFP Solutions)
Other
- Many of the processes are prescriptive but this position demands critical thinking skills and independent decision making.
- There is often interaction with internal sales representatives, sales management, administrative staff, and our vendor contacts as well.
- A can-do solution finding attitude is a must, and creative problem solving is encouraged.
- Track record of integrity and trustworthiness with confidential/sensitive information.
- Very strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Excellent organization and follow-through skills.
