UBEO Business Services is seeking to hire a Software Renewals Coordinator to manage software and support contract renewals, ensuring customer satisfaction and continued service provision.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Software renewals (ECM and MFP Solutions)
  • Review previous quote and any contract changes
  • Create new quote and send to customer via DocuSign
  • Answer customer questions
  • Escalate threatened renewals
  • Process customer requests for additional licensing (Laserfiche primarily)
  • Audit block of time usage (ECM and MFP Solutions)

Other

  • Many of the processes are prescriptive but this position demands critical thinking skills and independent decision making.
  • There is often interaction with internal sales representatives, sales management, administrative staff, and our vendor contacts as well.
  • A can-do solution finding attitude is a must, and creative problem solving is encouraged.
  • Track record of integrity and trustworthiness with confidential/sensitive information.
  • Very strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Excellent organization and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
