iBusiness Funding is looking to expand its reach and revenue by acquiring new partners and strengthening existing relationships within the banking and financial institution sector. The company aims to scale its lending technology and services ecosystem by effectively selling its flagship product, LenderAI, and developing strategic partnerships.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a selling software to banks with financial, lending or core banking software a big plus
  • Expertise in product lifecycle management and product roadmap methodologies and processes
  • Experience with in-person conference networking and marketing
  • Expertise in Microsoft solutions suites (MS Office, Teams)
  • Experience in working with C-Suite Execs from large U.S. based Banks
  • Experience with financial services industry, especially in lending

Responsibilities

  • Work with iBusiness Funding Leadership, Product, Marketing, Sales and Development teams to strengthen the multi-year strategy for partnership capabilities and revenues
  • Build the strategy for iBusiness Funding’s future across our product offerings
  • Continuously improve the business case process for new partner acquisition
  • Manage the Partnership Process
  • Manage and maintain the overall partner program in operation today by sustaining and improving existing relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional iBusiness Funding teams to achieve partner revenue goals
  • Coordinate partner roadmap sessions on a regular basis to ensure alignment with iBusiness Funding Strategy

  • Regularly attend industry conferences, networking events, and other trade shows
  • Define and negotiate commercial terms and conditions with new partners and for contractual renewals with existing partners
  • Partner with internal Legal department to complete new partner reviews
  • Build consensus and enthusiasm among stakeholders at all levels
  • Be committed to the strategy, product, team, and business position
