McAfee is looking for a Senior Sales Account Manager to lead and grow partnerships with Global PC manufacturer: Dell Technologies, who distributes McAfee products.
Requirements
- 10+ years in OEM sales, ideally in cybersecurity or tech.
- Existing relationships with decision-makers at top PC OEMs.
- A strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals.
- Skilled in consultative selling and building trust.
- Comfortable with financial data and strategic planning.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-changing environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Growth: Meet and exceed quarterly sales goals.
- Manage Key Partnerships: Build strong relationships across all levels of Dell Technologies—from executives to procurement teams.
- Understand Partner Needs: Deliver value by aligning McAfee's products with partner goals and customer expectations.
- Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, legal, etc.) to support business goals.
- Expand Business: Find and grow new revenue opportunities across consumer and SMB segments.
- Plan & Forecast: Track performance, analyze results, and help shape strategy.
- Negotiate Deals: Lead contract discussions and close high-value agreements.
