Curtiss-Wright is looking to manage the direct sale of their software and services, specifically high-fidelity simulation software delivered as a digital twin application, to end users in the Power Industry or Value-Added Reseller (VAR) accounts. The goal is to meet sales budgets for new customer sales and drive growth within the business unit.
Requirements
- Proficient in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
Responsibilities
- Promoting, proposing and closing platform software sales.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet growth expectations by the development of new markets, product gaps for future account growth opportunities and products.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget and forecast.
- Drives pipeline growth through proactive customer engagement, demand generation and bid strategy alignment.
- Maintains a deep understanding of the complete range of products in terms of functionality, pricing, market position, and competitiveness.
- Partner with marketing staff to develop and execute lead generating campaigns.
- Provide leadership and ‘winning’ insights to support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and bids.
Other
- Progressive sales or account management experience, preferably in the Energy, Aerospace & Defense industry.
- Demonstrated success as a software solutions sales manager serving industrial customers.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales pipeline, drive accountability and foster collaboration across functions.
- Willingness to travel to support sales activities and client engagements.
