The Software Senior Developer (Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst - C12) is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.
Requirements
- C-Sharp, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Framework 6+, Visual Studio 2019+
- Solid experience with Cloud based SQL Server (MSaaS)
- SQL features, performance tuning techniques
- Strong web design skills including HTML, JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React/Angular/Vue.js), CSS, jQuery, JSON, Bootstrap, GitHub
- Proven track record of designing scalable, distributed software applications (e.g., microservices, strong design pattern)
- Practical experience with building and deploying microservices using technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and API gateways
- Gen AI Prompt skills and python development experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct tasks related to feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, applications development, model development, and establish and implement new or revised applications systems and programs to meet specific business needs or user areas
- Enhance understanding by creating and maintaining system documentation, flowcharts, and data models
- Develop strong techniques to accurately capture stakeholder needs and translate them into clear and concise technical specifications
- Develop expertise in debugging techniques, log analysis, and performance monitoring to quickly identify and resolve issues
- Take ownership for issues; actively seek to expand understanding of issues; follow up on resolution even when resolved by other
- Monitor and control all phases of development process and analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation as well as provide user and operational support on applications to business users
- Utilize in-depth specialty knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems/issues, provide evaluation of business process, system process, and industry standards, and make evaluative judgement
