Leidos is seeking a talented Software Senior Staff Manager to organize and lead software teams to create unique solutions for complex problems within the defense sector.
Requirements
- at least 8 years of professional software development experience (or 6 with a Master’s degree)
- 4 years experience supervising or leading teams or projects
- familiarity with embedded software development activities
- experience in software development, data structures, object oriented design, and effective unit test
- experience with C, C++, or C-Sharp
- experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and task management
- experience with software best practices such as peer reviews, automated testing, and document generation

- Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
