Requirements
- 7+ years of direct experience designing and deploying AWS cloud-based managed service solution
- Must demonstrate the ability utilize critical thinking skills to resolve challenging issues related to resolving incorrect processing of pension claims
Responsibilities
- Identifies solutions based on business and technical criteria, and defines / implements solution designs and patterns in an AWS Cloud Environment
- Ensures technical architecture teams deliver efficient and effective system solutions to support business goals and objectives
- Develops, enhances, and maintains established service design by applying process frameworks and methodologies
- Prepares technical presentations and analyst briefings
- Identifies customer requirements, analyzes alternatives, and conducts product recommendations related to software, platform, and network configurations
- Provides updates to stakeholders on solution milestones
- Utilize professional judgement, critical thinking skills and research to improve program processes and resolve issues affecting program performance

- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust/Other Required: MBI (T2)
- Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to business leaders
- Experience developing technical presentations and/or writing and presenting business case and white papers
