Mazuma Credit Union is looking to streamline processes and deploy intelligent systems using Power Platform, Azure, and AI technologies to improve operational efficiency and enhance member services.
Requirements
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and App Services
- Knowledge of API design and consumption using REST and GraphQL
- Strong proficiency with relational databases like SQL Server, and experience working with NoSQL databases when appropriate
- Familiarity with data integration tools such as Azure Data Factory or SSIS
- Working knowledge of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and real-time data processing
- Demonstrated ability to implement AI-based solutions, including Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI platforms

- Design, development, and implementation of enterprise solutions using Microsoft technologies
- Focus on automation, integration, and operational efficiency
- Streamline processes and deploy intelligent systems using Power Platform, Azure, and AI technologies
- Collaborate with business units to define requirements, recommend technical solutions, and deliver scalable applications
- Provide technical direction, mentorship, and day-to-day support to a team of developers
- Hands-on development within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Ensure high-quality delivery across initiatives

- Hybrid role, requiring commute to Overland Park, KS twice a week
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical, architectural thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field strongly preferred
