- Strong proficiency in software platforms such as Employee Navigator or other onboarding software, as well as ICHRA software.
- Familiarity with software and database management systems, as well as data integration techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges.

- Design, develop, and implement software applications tailored to the insurance industry's needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software projects.
- Conduct thorough software testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing software applications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance software solutions.
- Document software specifications, processes, and procedures for future reference.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices and software management methodologies.

- Proven experience in software support, preferably within the insurance sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Life and Health license preferred but not required.
