Square 9 is looking to provide Level 2 and 3 support for customers and re-sellers deploying next generation document and content management solutions.
Requirements
- Expert database (SQL) skills, specifically SQL Server
- Knowledge of Windows platform infrastructure (ASP.Net, IIS, Message Queuing, Authentication)
- Experience with Microsoft .Net based core server platform
- Experience with C-Sharp, RESTful and SOAP based web services
- Experience with front end software including traditional .Net client/server technology, ASP.Net, Javascript, and HTML5
Responsibilities
- Support of an ever expanding customer base on deployment and usage related issues for our products
- Liaising with development and quality assurance on open issues and resolutions
- Authoring KB articles on common service issues
Other
- Proven consultative solution development skills with ability to incorporate; software, professional services and hardware requirements
- Ability to build and expand relationships with customer contacts
- Adept in public speaking, presentations and seminars
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Experience interfacing with professional level buyers
- Business maturity with a “Can-do” attitude
- Self-starter with high initiative
- Experience in a customer facing, technical support or training role
