RF-SMART is looking for a Software Support Engineer Intern to assist their Developers in resolving technical software issues on their product by troubleshooting via telephone, email and/or remote session.

- A solid foundation in C is required.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating and assisting Developers resolve a wide range of technical software issues on our product
- Troubleshooting via telephone, email and/or remote session
Other
- Enrolled in a degree program at the time of the internship
- Considered a Junior or Senior by credit hours
- Available to work up to 29 hours per week on-site at US East Office in Jacksonville, FL or US West Office in Highlands Ranch, CO
- Eligible to work in the United States of America for any employer without the need for future sponsorship
- Employer does not sponsor applicants for employment visa status (e.g. H-1B visa status).
