RF-SMART is looking for a Software Support Intern to assist Developers in resolving a wide range of technical software issues on their product by troubleshooting via telephone, email and/or remote session.

- A solid foundation in JavaScript is required.
Responsibilities
- collaborating and assisting our Developers resolve a wide range of technical software issues on our product by troubleshooting via telephone, email and/or remote session.

- Enrolled in a degree program at the time of the internship
- Considered a Junior or Senior by credit hours
- Available to work 40 hours per week on-site at US East Office in Jacksonville, FL or US West in Highlands Ranch, CO
- Eligible to work in the United States of America for any employer without the need for future sponsorship
- Employer does not sponsor applicants for employment visa status (e.g. H-1B visa status).
