RF-SMART is looking to solve technical software issues on their product by having a Software Support Engineer Intern collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues, supporting their mission of transforming customers and changing lives.

- A solid foundation in JavaScript is required
Responsibilities
- Collaborating and assisting Developers to resolve a wide range of technical software issues on our product
- Troubleshooting technical software issues via telephone, email and/or remote session
Other
- Enrolled in a degree program at the time of the internship
- Considered a Junior or Senior by credit hours
- Available to work 40 hours per week on-site at US East Office in Jacksonville, FL or US West in Highlands Ranch, CO
- Eligible to work in the United States of America for any employer without the need for future sponsorship
- Employer does not sponsor applicants for employment visa status (e.g. H-1B visa status)
