Foundation Software Company is looking for a technical support team member to answer client-related questions and concerns, provide advice to help customers with their businesses, and troubleshoot technical issues.

Requirements

  • Other software technical support experience is a plus.
  • SQL experience is a plus.
  • The ability to listen ferociously ask questions that will allow for accurate troubleshooting and problem-solving is necessary.
  • Understand common troubleshooting methods.

Responsibilities

  • Answering all client related questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner via phone, email, and chat.
  • Work with quality assurance at times as needed.
  • Quickly and efficiently learn the WorkMax product.
  • Provide advice to help our customers with their businesses.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Understand common troubleshooting methods.
  • Interact with customers in a polite, clear, and concise manner over the phone, email, and chat.
