Balfour Beatty Communities is looking to provide Level 1 & 2 internal support for their software platforms such as Yardi Systems, Rent Café, Entrata and ancillary programs to their property and corporate end-users. The goal is to identify user errors, troubleshoot data and system issues, and interface with software provider support staff to ensure smooth operations and resident satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proficient in Yardi Systems, Rent Café, Entrata and ancillary product programs/interfaces
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- SQL knowledge/certification and Power BI or Yardi database (back end) experience.
Responsibilities
- Level 1 Support - Identify user error and provide instruction on how to correct the issue.
- Level 2 Support – Troubleshoot issue, identify if there is a solution or if it is a software issue.
- Submit program issues/bugs to the software provider.
- Utilize Help Desk support management software.
- Provide one-on-one training to end users as needed.
- Provide new user access, password changes, and termination of user access.
- Performs testing of software upgrades.
Other
- Occasional on-site travel property training.
- Recognize operational challenges and provide recommendations to create efficiency.
- Associate degree in a technical discipline or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a level 1 or 2 software support role
- Ability to perform project management
