Aviagen is looking to solve the problem of providing comprehensive support to their in-house and cloud applications, ensuring seamless business operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting ERP Systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
- Experience with SQL/database management and system design is a plus.
- Knowledge in MTech is a plus
- Poultry Industry knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with role-based access control (RBAC)
- Experience with system integrations
- Experience with software testing
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier-1 and Tier-2 support to existing applications, escalating to Tier-3 support when needed, and performing general maintenance of the applications.
- Document and track user issues, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
- Familiarity with role-based access control (RBAC) and effectively managing user roles, user accounts, and permissions.
- To safeguard data, conduct regular audits to maintain security and ensure compliance.
- Support system integrations across applications, ensuring data consistency, security, and performance.
- Analyze and document existing workflows, business processes, systems and data flows to understand their impact on the Company and to identify areas of improvement and/or process alignments.
- Software testing of new or modified software applications developed in-house.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global IT team
