AGRILAND FS is looking for a Software Support Specialist to provide software support to internal users and support IT projects, aiming to improve software understanding, resolve issues, and enhance processes.
Requirements
- Experience utilizing business software with an understanding of basic administrative and accounting business functions
- Excellent computer hardware and software business experience
- Demonstrate the ability to solve user problems
Responsibilities
- Provides initial and on-going training and support to users (and team members) on the entire Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Excel, OneDrive, Teams, Sharepoint, Forms, Power Apps, Power Automate), Agvance
- Becomes an expert on business software applications with the ability to troubleshoot
- Understands and ensures proper administration of Agvance security setup
- Utilizes Helpdesk software to track incoming support calls
- Places and tracks service calls for outside vendors
Other
- Two year degree in business, computer support, IT or equivalent work experience.
- Strong leadership and self starting behavior
- fully on-site based in our Winterset, Iowa location.
