To provide training and support on Revenue Cycle processes specific to job functions for Practice Plus/Baptist Health/Arkansas Health Group
Requirements
- Computer Skills, i.e. Medical software and MS Office based applications
- Experience with medical software
- Clear understanding of revenue cycle
Responsibilities
- Provide software and operational support on the various applications utilized by Practice Plus/Baptist Health/Arkansas Health Group
- Serve as a liaison between various departments including the IT Team and 3rd party companies
- Troubleshoot software problems and/or questions
Other
- HS Diploma and/or equivalent
- Work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, or similar role
- Must be able to travel 50% of the time, may include overnight stays
- Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
