Extreme Networks is looking to solve the problem of delivering scalable and secure networking solutions to its customers, and is seeking a skilled developer to contribute to this effort.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in system software development, specifically in the networking domain.
- Deep understanding of the TCP/IP stack and protocols such as SNMP and Radius.
- Proficiency in Linux OS, RESTful APIs, Wildfly or Jboss, SNMP, EXTJS, Sencha
- Java and Javascript programming skills
Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Write clean, scalable code (Java, Javascript) for network control solutions and security solutions.
- Collaboration: Participate in the full product lifecycle, from translating customer requirements into technical specifications to conducting thorough code reviews.
- Maintain the existing java based XIQ-SE Network Management project
- Correct customer found defects
