Baxter is looking to develop innovative software solutions for their Infusion Pump Platforms to meet customer needs and regulatory standards, and to support the development and sustaining activities of new and existing products and digital applications within the Infusion Pump Portfolio.
Requirements
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional team members (e.g. Commercial and Clinical) to translate user needs into system requirements.
- Assist in decomposition of system requirements into software subsystem requirements and feature definitions.
- Assist in risk analysis activities for software from the capture of inherent hazards through mitigation implementation.
- Work with verification engineers to define test strategies for the development of verification and validation plans using requirement tracing methods.
- Participate in software design reviews for components or features.
- Develop and contribute to technical solutions to complex problems and ability to deliver high-quality solutions on tight schedules
- Deploy agile planning/execution including estimating, scheduling, and completing committed schedules.

- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline with 1 + years of experience.

- The estimated base salary for this position is $72,000 - $99,000 annually.
