Medtronic is looking to solve the business and technical problem of defining and designing digital health solutions and the underlying platform services that support these solutions to deliver Insight Driven Care.
Requirements
- Experience building cloud native solutions, specifically leveraging AWS Native Services
- Experience with identity and access management solutions such as AWS Cognito, Azure AD, and Okta
- Experience designing native mobile applications (iOS and Android)
- Extensive experience with Agile development methodologies and SLDC tools such as Jira and Confluence
- AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification
Responsibilities
- Leverage understanding of business strategy and needs to create a vision and roadmap for digital products, platforms, and services
- Specialize in analyzing, designing, prioritizing, and implementing a set of IT products, platforms, and/or services
- Ensure technologies add value and can scale to support pan-Medtronic use cases and initiatives across geographies, regions, and functions
- Lead feature definition and refinement for an agile software development team
- Define and design software and tools in support of design, infrastructure, and technology platforms, including operating systems, cloud-based and Internet-related tools
- Design software programs for enhancements and to maximize new products
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to determine customer and product software design requirements

- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 0+ years of experience with an advanced degree
