Requirements
- Proficiency in C/C++ for real‑time/embedded environments
- Ability to develop and automate unit, integration, and hardware‑in‑the‑loop (HIL) test procedures
- Direct experience writing and managing software requirements
- Ability to capture, trace, and manage requirements using tools like IBM DOORS
- Exposure to satellite payload or missile guidance & control subsystems
- Familiarity with model‑based systems engineering (MBSE) tools such as Cameo
- Experience with cybersecurity testing (e.g., FIPS‑validated libraries, secure boot)
Responsibilities
- support the software engineering lifecycle following the program Software Development Plan (SDP) to include requirements analysis, object oriented analysis & design, code & unit test, integration, and support to formal test/delivery.
- Proficiency in C/C++ for real‑time/embedded environments
- Ability to develop and automate unit, integration, and hardware‑in‑the‑loop (HIL) test procedures
- Direct experience writing and managing software requirements
- Ability to capture, trace, and manage requirements using tools like IBM DOORS
- Ability to work in cross‑functional teams (hardware, firmware, mechanical, mission specialists)
- Strong written communication for formal documents (requirements, test plans, reports) and oral communication for briefings and design reviews

- Must be a US Citizen; this position will require Final Secret government security clearance prior to starting.
- This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
