Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience leading a software engineering team
- At least 5 years of experience designing and building high performance services
- Experience in a backend development programming language such as Golang, Java, or C++
- Experience maintaining a production software stack with strict uptime and support SLAs
- Experience in industries such as robotics, autonomy, simulation, or game development
- Experience collaborating with product designers and frontend engineers to design smooth, intuitive user interfaces and workflows
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the product roadmap of the team
- Collaborate across organizations to deliver Lattice Simulation and Anduril software product
- Uphold the team's technical bar by performing design/code reviews and providing technical mentorship
- Own the end-to-end product design, development, and release to ensure the application is easily consumable by Anduril's business lines
- Manage and provide career mentorship to a team of 3-6 software engineers
- Grow the team appropriately to handle the growing user base and demands

- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret clearance

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or an engineering discipline
