Requirements
- Proven experience in technical project management, preferably with software development projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Scrum.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- A genius with JIRA.
- Technical background in software engineering.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and DevOps principles.
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration between teams.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, timelines, and status reports.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Agile Practices: Implement and promote Agile methodologies to foster a collaborative and efficient development environment.
