Boston Scientific is looking to improve the quality of their RHYTHMIA HDx Mapping System, a 3D mapping and navigation system used in cardiac electrophysiology procedures. This role will contribute to ensuring the system's functionality, accuracy, and reliability through rigorous testing.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of test automation under Linux/Unix environment
- Some programming experience is desirable but not required. Such as Python, C or C++
- Experience working in Agile Scrum development environment.
- Ability to think logically and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Follow company policy regarding ISO and FDA documentation and compliance for medical devices.
- Prior experience with Ultrasound devices preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and execute test cases to ensure the quality of the product by verifying system functionality and ensuring business and user requirements are met.
- Manual execution of tests or execute automated test scripts.
- Ensure that tests have been conducted in accordance with written procedures.
- Document test results and write formal test reports.
- Diagnose problems and report bugs and enhancements in a bug tracking system.
- Assist in determining test methodology, test strategy and test data setup.
- Work closely with software development team, hardware engineering team, field support team, and other cross-functional teams.

- Must have prior internship experience at Boston Scientific
- Must have at least 0-1 year of experience in Software Test Engineering at Boston Scientific
- Detail-oriented and strong technical documentation skills
- A good learner who can master complex software and quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Ability to work independently as well as work collaboratively as part of a team.
