Auris Health, Inc. is looking for a Software Test Engineer to ensure the quality and functionality of new features in their robotic platform, identify and resolve defects, and contribute to the overall product development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field
- 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Test Engineer-related occupation.
- Experience testing new features
- Experience identifying defects
- Experience solving issues found
- Experience installing software on robotic platform
- Experience performing testing on release candidate builds
Responsibilities
- Work closely with development teams to test new features, identify defects, and solve issues found.
- Install software on robotic platform and perform testing on release candidate builds.
- Conduct feature adhoc and exploratory testing during the development test cycle along with bug verification.
- Participate in technical design reviews of requirements, specifications, and test protocols.
- Author, maintain, and execute test protocols against subsystem specifications to confirm intended design performance.
- Automate test cases using in-house developed test software and scripts in conjunction with manual test execution.
