ManTech is seeking a Software Tester to support the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Traveler Processing Vetting Services (TPVS) program in Ashburn, Virginia. The program aims to provide operational support and modernization to technology and applications that process travelers at U.S. ports of entry, ensuring secure, efficient, and user-friendly systems.
Requirements
- Experience with one or more of the following: JUnit, PostMan, Selenium, Jasmine, Playwright, Cypress, jMeter, k6, Locust, Grafana, SOAP UI, Mockito, Cucumber, JaCoCo
- Experience with documentation & Reporting – Provides detailed test reports, metrics, and quality assessments to stakeholders.
- Skilled with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress)
- Experience with Unix/Linux.
- Experience writing test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, or TestNG to automate repetitive tests.
- Experience with user Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support – Assists business users in validating system functionality against business needs.
Responsibilities
- Runs test scenarios for software usability and prepares reports on the software’s effectiveness and defects for the Development Team.
- Identify and log issues that occur during an application's run time and provide regular updates on the issues found, including their causes and possible resolutions.
- Document the steps to reproduce defects, associated test data, and other relevant information.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure there are no additional bugs or issues caused by the fixes implemented and perform thorough testing by covering all test cases to ensure the application works as intended.
- Examine logs carefully to identify issues and conduct a thorough analysis to determine their underlying causes.
- A journeyman experienced in designing, running, and reporting the results of applications testing scenarios.
- Takes direction from senior personnel.

- Bachelor's degree (Permitted experience exchange: High School and 6 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 4 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree)
- CBP BI Preferred
- Must have an Active Public Trust Clearance or be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
- Must be a US Citizen
