PROCEPT BioRobotics is looking to revolutionize treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) through innovation in surgical robotics, and the company needs a Software Test Engineer to ensure software quality within a complex medical device product.
Requirements
- Proficient in Python or C-Sharp.
- Experience with GUI automation tools (Squish, Selenium, WinApp Driver or equivalent)
- Experience with source control and development tools (GitHub or equivalent)
- Experience with continuous build and integration environments (Jenkins or equivalent)
- Experience working with Test case management tools like JAMA.
- Experience working with management and defect tracking tools like Jira.
- Knowledge of C, C++, GUI Design, OS: Windows strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Support new product development and design changes to existing products in ensuring compliance with company’s Quality system.
- Serve as a technical resource for software requirements, risk, verification and validation, process validation, usability, statistical analysis, Design Transfer etc.
- Develop and implement product quality plans, risk management plans to ensure high degree of assurance that specific design and process will consistently and continually produce a product that meets specifications and critical to quality attributes.
- Perform software functional testing and integration testing.
- Develop automation frameworks and automation test scripts for software testing.
- Create and review software test protocols and test reports.
- Create, maintain, and validate test tools that facilitate test automation.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 0-2 years of experience working in software testing.
- Must maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the Procept BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance.
- Must understand and adhere to Procept BioRobotics Quality Policy and EHS Policy
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
