Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on testing SaaS applications
- Solid understanding of NetSuite and Zuora functionality, configuration, and development concepts
- Experience in designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases for various types of testing
- Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies, such as Jira, Qase, Selenium (or other automation tools), and agile testing practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment
Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
- Utilizing testing tools and methodologies to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency
- Analyzing test results, identifying root causes of defects, and working with the development team to ensure timely resolution
- Contributing to the establishment and maintenance of quality assurance best practices and standards within the Salesforce development team
- Developing comprehensive test plans and test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications
- Executing manual and automated test scripts, meticulously documenting test results and any defects found
