Ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 modules, workflows, and business processes.
- Experience with test management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or TestRail.
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, EasyRepro, RSAT, or Playwright.
- Knowledge of API testing and integration testing.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) within a federal agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications for Microsoft Dynamics applications.
- Perform manual and automated testing of Dynamics 365 modules, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution and retesting.
- Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into effective test scenarios.
- Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test results, coverage metrics, and quality status reports.
- Recommend improvements to testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance product quality and team efficiency.
- Assist end users during UAT and provide support for testing-related queries and issues.
