Lucid is looking to ensure the highest quality standards for their in-house simulation platform for automotive software virtualization.
Requirements
- Proficiency in designing and executing manual and automated test cases, including scripting experience in Python
- Experience with cross-platform testing, especially in Windows, Linux, and QNX environments
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) for simulation environments
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of in-vehicle networking protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and familiarity with AUTOSAR standards
- Previous experience in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks for large-scale simulation systems
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts in simulation platform validation
- Collaborate with development teams to design and integrate testing tools and frameworks
- Design and implement automated test suites and integrate them within the continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines
- Work closely with software engineers, system architects, and other stakeholders to identify quality gaps and suggest improvements
- Document test cases, report findings, and track issues
Other
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline is required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on embedded systems or automotive software testing
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Master’s degree or higher education in engineering or related technical field is preferred
