Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Proficient with Windows operating system
- MacOS and Linux familiarity a plus but not required
- Familiarity with scripting is a plus but not required
- Ability to report out and document data collected in a cohesive understandable format
- Ability to manage and prioritize workloads and deliver results on time
- Good communication skills to work with engineers on their workloads/data and quickly communicating any issues and responding quickly to any requests
Responsibilities
- Ability to report out and document data collected in a cohesive understandable format
- Assist in setting up and maintaining lab systems under supervision
- Assist in identifying issues and escalate to senior team members as needed
- Support test runs and report observed functional or performance issues
- Assist with system-level (network, I/O, power, etc.) and application-level testing, and report issues or unusual results to senior team members
- Installing operating systems, drivers, upgrading firmware/BIOS and running manual and/or automated benchmarks
- Ability to manage and prioritize workloads and deliver results on time
Other
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in the United States
- Must be able to work Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm
- Must be able to pass a background check
