Requirements
- Requires at least 1 certification in area of specialization; examples: SAFE, SCRUM, ITIL
- Experience and education that aligns within the duties listed above.
- Basic understanding of testing principles and methodologies.
- Understanding of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to identify and analyze results and determine root causes of defects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable to last minute changes in test priorities.
Responsibilities
- Using agile principals and methodologies, the ideal candidate will support the manual validation of our customer multiple websites graphical user interfaces validating the software changes with the task of communicating successes, failures, or issues providing detailed feedback to the customers on a frequent basis.
- Applies common T&E practices that include identification of capability requirements, meeting stakeholder needs, development of testing and evaluation approaches, development of data collection strategies, authentication, and validation of data, and reporting clear and understandable results, and providing actionable recommendations to improve the operational effectiveness of system tested.
- Provide administrative task support such as Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), Weekly Status Reports (WARs) and meeting minutes.

- Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 12 years of specialized and/or military experience.
- Clearance Level: Active DoD - Secret
- Work is generally sedentary in nature.
- Sedentary – 10 lbs. Maximum lifting, occasional lift/carry of small articles. Some occasional walking or standing may be required.
