Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce quality assurance policies, leading the QA team to set and achieve defined targets, ensuring all products and services meet established standards and customer expectations
- Conduct comprehensive audits and assess existing processes for potential improvements, aiming to improve product quality and process optimization
Other
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, including at least 2 years in a managerial role, demonstrating a proven track record in effective team management and successful project execution
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with effective communication and interpersonal abilities, essential for managing, motivating, and leading a team while ensuring productive interactions with various stakeholders
