Medtronic is seeking to enhance and streamline their software development, testing, and quality assurance processes for Cardiac Ablation Solutions Software to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and quality throughout the product development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with a minimum of 0 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Medical device software development, IEC-62304 and FDA guidance in a technical discipline, preferably software related
- Proven ability to automate processes and workflows in a collaborative development environment.
- Experience working with tools like JIRA, Polarion, and TestRail, including API integration and automation.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, C++/C or similar languages
- Experience with software version control systems, such as Git
- Experience with HTML, Flask, and Nginx
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain custom tools and scripts to support software development, testing, and maintenance processes.
- Automate workflows and processes involving tools such as JIRA, Polarion, Matrix, and TestRail to optimize team efficiency.
- Develop and implement custom dashboards to monitor and assess product quality and progress during development.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, quality assurance, and technical leaders, to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Generate automated reports and test protocols that provide actionable insights into software performance and quality.

- Must be able to work a minimum of 4 days a week onsite.
