Requirements
- Knowledge of iOS/macOS development environments and Apple device ecosystem
- Experience with machine learning systems, AI technologies, or voice assistants
- Experience with debugging and log analysis
- Previous experience in software issue investigation, bug triage, or quality assurance roles
Responsibilities
- Investigate and triage critical software issues affecting Siri’s conversational interactions
- Document findings and identify recurring quality issues through trend analysis
- Build automation tools to streamline issue investigation and triage
- Leverage generative AI technology to enhance triage efficiency and accuracy
- Analyze system logs to understand issues, identify root causes of failures, and determine whether problems stem from software bugs, model performance, or integration issues
- Develop automation tools to streamline future investigations
- Collaborate with software engineers, machine learning engineers, and scientists across technical areas spanning the full range of Siri's capabilities
Other
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
