Requirements
- Hands-on experience with C
- Hands-on experience with testing
- Experience with DO-178C verification
- Experience with VectorCAST or a similar verification tool
- Experience with software development
- Understanding of all DO-178C lifecycles
Responsibilities
- Developing verification processes to meet customer's expectations and regulatory requirements
- Training and mentoring junior engineers
- Assigning day-to-day tasks to the team, preparing status, and working with the project manager to communicate progress and risks to the customer
Other
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; minimum 7 years of related experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills including working in a team environment
- Ability to work independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
