Deloitte is looking for a Solution Analyst to act as a strategic advisor to clients through solution implementation and maintenance, enabling organizations to achieve seamless deployments, maintain high system performance, and realize the full value of their technology investments.
Requirements
- Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Systems Engineering
- Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must have the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
Responsibilities
- manages the end-to-end development lifecycle for enterprise software packages
- ensuring effective technical design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
- combines deep application knowledge with proven delivery approaches to drive successful project implementations and long-term solution stability
- managing the technical and operational aspects of software package implementations
- enables organizations to achieve seamless deployments, maintain high system performance, and realize the full value of their technology investments

- Current enrollment in a full-time Bachelor’s Degree with a target graduation date by Spring/Summer 2026
- Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA
- Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
- Up to 10% overnight client/project travel
