Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java full-stack development
- Expert in Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Proficient in frontend technologies including Angular, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with AWS cloud services and containerized deployments using Docker.
- Skilled in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins for automated pipelines.
- Strong command of relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server).
- Familiarity with build and automation tools: Maven, Gradle, Git, SoapUI, JMeter
Responsibilities
- Lead development teams and serve as the primary technical POC for the project.
- Define and drive architecture, design, and development of modern full-stack solutions.
- Act as the bridge between enterprise architecture, business teams, and application development.
- Identify and resolve performance and integration issues early in the lifecycle.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of all project milestones, with a focus on scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Manage project scope, schedule, risks, and quality metrics.
- Create and deliver presentations and technical documentation to senior leadership and stakeholders.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong experience working with business users and technical teams.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, software engineering principles, and test-driven development (TDD).
- Collaborate with third-party vendors, DevOps, and enterprise system teams.
- Prior experience with government, financial, or insurance systems is a plus.
