Natera is looking to develop a scalable Salesforce architecture, vision, and strategy that enables best-in-class business outcomes, and is seeking a Solution Architect to collaborate with business stakeholders and the Product team to prioritize the backlog and ensure solution design and system deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria.
Requirements

- Omni Channel implementation (End to end)

- At least 6 years’ experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce service cloud projects
- Sales Cloud Consultant (Nice to have)
- Service Cloud Consultant (Must have)
- Platform App Builder (Must have)
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver solutions in Sales, Service, Marketing and Community Cloud domains of Salesforce. Identify relevant capabilities and features on the Salesforce platform and the best practices for implementing them.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best-practices and functionality.
- Has a deep understanding of native Salesforce features and functionality, as well as the ability to model a role hierarchy, data model, and appropriate sharing mechanisms.
- Focus on off-platform systems, integration, securing access between systems as well as managing governance and testing capabilities for deployment and ongoing Salesforce modification requirements.
- Experience with Salesforce.com Administration, configuration, automating business processes, and code review.
- Create and deliver Sales, Service and Community Cloud solutions using Salesforce/Apex, Force, Visualforce and J2EE technologies
- Design, implement and manage the data architecture for Salesforce. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and transform them into efficient data models.
