Atlassian is seeking an experienced DevExp Solution Solutions Sales Executive to drive revenue growth in the AMER region by leading specialized Developer Experience sales efforts and collaborating with clients, direct and partner sales teams, and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Experience utilizing MEDDPICC as a sales methodology
- A track record of surpassing sales targets showcases proven sales techniques for achieving success
- Ability to establish and nurture robust relationships with senior decision-makers in DevExp within large enterprise customers
- A skilled communicator proficient in both verbal and written communication, negotiation, and closing deals
- Collaboration is key. Utilize your experience in closely collaborating with extended sales teams and channel partners to achieve successful client outcomes
- Experience in DevOps, Software Development Tools, Application Lifecycle Management, and solution sales
- A minimum of 10 years of enterprise sales experience
Responsibilities
- Drive outstanding growth in DevExp sales by effectively executing the go-to-market strategy
- Develop and execute territory plan to sell to customers based on their business needs
- Establish and maintain relationships with senior-level clients, particularly C-level executives and decision-makers
- Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, managing various stakeholders
- Serve as a customer advocate, relaying feedback to enhance solutions
- Generate high-quality leads and acquire new customers by collaborating closely with both our direct sales team and channel partners
- Accurately forecast and report on revenue opportunities and track deal progression
