Microsoft's AI Business Solutions team aims to help customers achieve their business outcomes by leveraging data for business process transformation, analytics, and AI. The AI Business Solutions Specialist will drive solution opportunity revenue and market share by designing and implementing Microsoft AI Business solutions to meet customer transformation goals.
Requirements
- 6+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
- 4+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management
- 3+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
- 4+ years solution or services sales experience.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 solutions and Power Platform.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and demonstrate innovative solutions to address sales challenges.
- Assist local sales teams worldwide by functioning as a deep technical AI Business Process Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Help customers make technical decisions to build tomorrow’s business and IT solutions based on Microsoft AI first technology.
- Lead technical and business presentations, demonstrations, workshops, architecture design sessions, proofs of concept, and pilots to explain, demonstrate, and prove to our largest customers the capabilities of Microsoft's products and services, and how we can drive positive business outcomes for our customers.
- Remove technical, competitive and security blockers to accelerate Business Applications and customer usage.
- Own or support winning the technical decision for sales opportunities and usage scenarios through tailoring your message, bringing ideas to customers, engaging with them to show Microsoft technology differentiation, and guiding them in decision making.
- Work with partners and others at Microsoft, as well as use our core tools, social connection tools, and AI driven data to extend your reach and the reach of your team, focusing on satisfying important customer needs.

- Understand customer goals and challenges and map those back to the Business Applications product portfolio and other Microsoft cloud AI solutions.
