Responsibilities
- Manage internal strategic initiatives to align with organizational goals and track key performance indicators.
- Enhance project management skills within the team to improve project planning and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive and complete strategic projects efficiently.
- Develop and implement on-demand training modules using tools like Articulate, PowerPoint, and Canva.
- Create compelling visuals such as charts and tables.
- Manage and update 20+ on-demand training modules and monthly live events.
- Facilitate large training events, including logistics and emceeing.
Other
- Currently enrolled in a college, university, or certification program and will have at least 1 semester left after internship
- You must have a graduation date of December 2026 or later to qualify for the program.
- Must be pursuing a degree relevant to the role with a strong interest in numbers/mathematics
- Collaborate with various departments to implement effective programs for our services organization
- Engage with stakeholders to design training, manage launch metrics, and adapt to changing business needs
