Valence is looking to solve the problem of delivering its AI coaching platform across the enterprise, driving organizational change that will touch millions of end users, and defining how AI transforms the future at a global scale.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in consulting and/or similar client-facing technical roles
  • Demonstrated knowledge of emerging technologies with passion for AI/ML and its enterprise applications
  • Experience working with APIs, preferably with exposure to LLMs or AI systems
  • Track record of developing scalable processes and documentation
  • Startup experience preferred with proven comfort navigating ambiguity and high-velocity execution
  • Curiosity about diverse industry challenges and ability to understand varied organizational contexts
  • Growth mindset focused on continuous skill development in rapidly evolving AI landscape

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end customization strategy and implementation process for Fortune 500 enterprise clients across multiple industries
  • Enable enterprise-scale AI adoption through sophisticated implementations affecting thousands of employees per deployment
  • Design and implement scalable solutions for client-specific customizations across prompts, variables, landing pages, and specialized coaching flows using frontier AI technologies
  • Rapidly develop specialized expertise in generative AI, large language models, and enterprise ML operations through hands-on implementation
  • Partner with Engineering and Customer Success to develop systematic approaches that balance client needs with platform scalability while building cutting-edge AI implementation skills
  • Lead technical discovery and implementation meetings with Fortune 500 clients, pushing back when needed and guiding them toward optimal solutions
  • Develop and maintain the playbook for new client launches, including standardized processes for gathering requirements, implementing customizations, and testing

Other

  • 4+ years of experience in consulting and/or similar client-facing roles
  • Outstanding communication skills, including active listening, and ability to build trust with enterprise stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience translating complex client requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Valid travel documents without work authorization restrictions in the US
  • Comfortable working with colleagues in different time zones (UK)
