Microsoft is looking to solve the problem of driving digital transformation for organizations of all sizes by harnessing the full Microsoft Cloud portfolio, including Security, Workplace AI, AI Business Process, and Azure, to empower customers and unlock innovation.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Cloud solutions, including Security, Workplace AI, AI Business Process, and Azure.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies, such as Microsoft’s Customer Engagement Methodology (MCEM).
  • Familiarity with sales tools and processes, such as Sales Accelerator, Microsoft Sales Copilot, and Power BI-based insights.
  • Experience with data analysis and performance metrics, including pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Understanding of digital transformation and cloud computing concepts.
  • Experience with partner co-sell strategies and global partner programs.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies, such as AI and machine learning.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the global sales strategy and targets for your solution area (e.g. Security, Modern Work, Business Applications, or Azure) across all regions.
  • Set clear consumption and revenue goals worldwide, and coordinate with regional Solution Area Leads to ensure each operating unit meets its targets.
  • Analyze performance data across regions and hold field teams accountable for delivering billed revenue and consumption growth globally.
  • Lead the worldwide community of Segment Sales Managers (SSMs) for your solution area and provide coaching, industry-leading practices, and frameworks to first-line sales managers.
  • Orchestrate the SME&C Integrated Account Reviews (IARs) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) for your solution area at a worldwide level.
  • Develop a global co-sell strategy for your solution area in partnership with the Worldwide Partner organization.
  • Collaborate with Worldwide Sales, Marketing & Operations (SE&O) to land global solution area campaigns and sales plays effectively in the field.

Other

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 11+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience maintaining excellence in pipeline management, forecasting and driving integrated territory and budget achievement planning.
  • 3+ years of experience navigating rapidly growing businesses while delivering business impact with intentional planning.
