L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Cloud Development Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud-based applications using Amazon Web Services (AWS) to support national security
Requirements
- Cloud development experience with a strong preference for expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based applications using AWS services
- Security+ Certification or any DOD IAT Level II Certification
- Familiarity with the C2S Access Portal (CAP) and high-side AWS environments
- Proficient in designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based applications using AWS services
- Utilize cloud development experience with a strong preference for expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Responsibilities
- Leverage substantive experience in cloud development with a strong preference for expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to build robust cloud-based applications
- Ensure that the applications are scalable, secure, and cost-effective by utilizing the best practices and services provided by AWS
- Demonstrate familiarity with the C2S Access Portal (CAP) and high-side AWS environments
- Prepare comprehensive architectural designs that align with the strategic goals of the organization
- Develop roadmaps to guide the implementation and evolution of cloud solutions over time
- Produce detailed documentation to support the design, development, and deployment processes, ensuring clarity and reproducibility
- Deliver professional presentations to stakeholders, articulating complex technical concepts in an accessible manner
Other
- Top Secret or TS/SCI Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of degree, 8 years of software experience
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
